How to "Release" Trauma + Panic

This hits close to home for me as it is something I came to understand personally in my own healing journey and then through working with patients and clients.​
If you are struggling with panic episodes and/or overcoming past traumatic experiences... or even a deep, pervasive sense of anxiety and fear... this is for you.

If it's not you, it may be for someone that you know that needs it (so please share).

You feel anxiety in your body, right? That's because THAT is where it lives. Yes, your mind may freak out, but it is FELT in the body. This means the key to release it is working *with* your body.

That, however, can be quite scary to approach... going right to the source where you feel it? Yea, no thanks.
​
I made this short video to touch on the subject. I want you to know what whatever has happened to you doesn't have to stay with you. I know it can feel so incredibly overwhelming, but you are NOT alone. Years ago, I would spend hours rearching trauma and it's relationship to the body, trying to make sense of what I was learning. I vowed then to one day share what I learned since I found very little out there in the interwebs that helped me.
