To say this is life changing is an understatement.
Instead of doing therapy where I sit and re-live terribly painful memories, feelings, and experiences, I was able to work THROUGH these and move FORWARD to get to the other side. I've been able to honor this phase of my life and sit with these feelings, but I was able to move past them quicker because the focus of working with Dr. Cailin is to not dwell on the problem, but to recognize it, work through it, and find out the solution. Everything was very future and solution focused, which shifted the framework from "what's wrong" to "how can I get to where I want to be." I feel much more at peace with this major life change and where my future is headed thanks to her!

I had been feeling stuck in the same cycles of anxiety and thinking and kind of lost as to how to turn it around for myself. This coaching well exceeded my expectations- it was deep and helped me really sift through a lot of things that I needed help shifting. My absolute favorite thing was having access to Dr. Cailin to ask all the questions. I was able to work through real life situations instead of hypothetical scenarios in real time which was SO invaluable. I've begun to trust myself more, set boundaries, say no to things that aren't right for me and overall felt better in my own body, and I have the tools to keep integrating into my life. I reached out to her when I felt directionless and on the cusp of repeating toxic patterns, but I was aware of this and ready to break them. I really liked the Voxer (voice messaging) interaction and did an in-person session where I had a very gentle positive acupuncture experience (after having a traumatic one somewhere else). She is very candid and passionate, and I felt like I had such a great support experience to move through some of my stuck places and embrace being me and that is so freeing. I have this renewed inspiration and excitement to see where I allow my passions to take me as I build my dream life and career. I have no doubt that I will work with her again in the future. Dr. Cailin promised that we would do magic together and indeed we did! The biggest breakthrough is feeling the freedom to be me and acknowledging that that is actually what the world needs and what I need.
