How to Break Patterns in Your Life

To break patterns in your life, you only need a willingness.⁠
⁠
We all want things to change for ourselves. We want things to get better, happier, to be more fulfilling, to feel more like how we imagine them to be.⁠
⁠
But pattern after pattern is holding the current paradigm in place. It can be sticky, like a tangle of threads that we’re trying to unknot. Have you ever tried untying tight knots? It’s a pain in the ass.⁠
⁠
I have a better idea...

1) Seek out guidance.
I always recommend you talk with someone and work with providers, healers, etc. that can see where you are and help you get to where you want to be. Don’t try doing everything by yourself (maybe that's part of your pattern!).⁠

⁠
2) You don’t have to force anything, I promise.
Ready for change? You actually get to let go. That is helpful energy. Stepping back, pulling your energy inward, reflecting, letting a higher organizing force start to do the heavy lifting… that’s the vibe I prefer. And it works.⁠

⁠
3) You only need a *willingness* to change, to see things differently, to let things go,
to break the patterns.

You don’t have to know what all the patterns are that are keeping things you don’t want in place. You don’t have to go digging everything up and trying to figure it out, sort it out.⁠

⁠
Affirming to yourself:
“this gets to change now; I’m ready for this to be different; I’m ready for these patterns to break”
is so much more powerful than we sometimes realize.
