We are captivated by solving problems.
We are all taught to fix problems. But are you in the energy of the problem or the energy of the solution? You can only be in one, not both. Are you influencing the problem or the solution? How do you know? We’re talking about the energy of perpetuating problems or allowing solutions... and this is happening at all times throughout your day. What is problem energy?
It’s the energetic state of being the SAME as the problem.
This means you are aligned with the problem. You are one with the problem. You are “vibrating” at the same frequency as the problem. This means you are part of the problem. No blame here! It’s just something to acknowledge. Why? Because you can be part of one or the other, but not both: problem or solution. And we ALL want the solutions. So it’s helpful to identify when we’re in a problem energy in order to shift into a more productive state. How it feels... Problem energy feels bad, heavy, stagnated, worried, hopeless. It’s that sinking feeling of something being wrong; the searing of feeling of something being unbearable; the pounding feeling of something being unjustified. It’s past-oriented: dwelling in what went wrong and imagining that it’ll keep getting worse. It requires HARD work- it’s the pushing a boulder up a hill kind of energy, working against the flow kind of feeling. It is fueled by fear, doubt, blame, hate and various other stifling emotions. It is the mentality that in order to fix things, we must fixate on the what's broken. These is NORMAL, by the way. We identify that something is problem by the way it makes us feel and react. The issue comes when we don’t leave the problem energy, hence never moving on to the solution. ... What is Solution Energy?
It’s the energetic state of being the SAME as the solution.
This means that you are aligned with the solution. You are one with the solution. You are “vibrating” at the same frequency as the solution. How it feels... Solution energy feels expansive, like a wide-perspective, compassionate, expecting of a successful outcome. It’s the lifted feeling in your chest of relief; the soothed feeling of things working out; the excited feeling of progress underway. Solution energy sees the bigger picture. It’s future-oriented: looking ahead and imagining the improvement that is coming. It requires WORK: working with the flow, being in synch with an easier way, allowing a better outcome to arise. It is fueled by creative thought, empowerment, optimism and love. It is the mentality that problems aren’t mean to be fixed but instead serve as the foundation for creating something better. Problems are the bedrock of evolution. And we’re here to evolve. Solution energy requires imagination, an open mind (and heart), and a knowing that there are more possibilities than you can even imagine. It requires that you step out of the energy of the problem and feel into the possibilities for change and evolution. ... How to be the Solution...In order to be the solution, you have GOT to drop the problem. You can’t keep arguing about it, obsessing over it, spiraling about it. The more you fixate on the problem, the worse you’ll feel and the further from the solution you take yourself. But if you cultivate a feeling of things getting better for you, imagine things improving, find gratitude for what you can, open your heart and mind to the possibilities- you invite in solutions from every angle. How do you know which energy you’re in? Do you feel like shit or do you feel empowered? Are ideas of possibilities flowing through you and lifting your spirits or ...are you feeling dull and dragged down? Are you imagining a better future or are you imagining the problem getting worse and worse? THIS IS WHERE YOU HAVE CONTROL. It’s not about playing God and fixing everything, controlling everything, mending all the broken things. It’s about changing a) how you think about things, b) the energy you put into what you do, and c) the intention you have as you move through your life. You control lies in how your orient yourself- to the problems or the possibilities- and what you do with that influence.
