Anxiety is a normal emotional response.
​But when it becomes pervasive, won't quit, interferes with your daily life, relationships, joy and expression, it has GOT to GO. 

So what do you do?

You try therapy. You learn meditation. You take medication.
You ignore it. You fear it. You feel haunted by it.

It's this thing you're left to "manage" indefinitely. It's part of you.
You identify with it. It's "your" anxiety. You "have" anxiety.
There's no real out. 

That's where I come in.
That's where these resources, my perspective, my lifelong experience and practices all come together to help shift you out of anxiety "management" and into peace and embodiment.
