Going through this process, I felt lighter right away during a really stressful time.
I realized I've been living on autopilot recently and have a tendency to suppress emotions.
I'm much happier already and excited about the future. I feel like I've reconnected to myself and what I want.
I'm working on creating more of a routine to help me keep all of this top of mind and to continue learning/practicing/stay connected to myself. I'm grateful that I chose to invest in myself and my mental health and that I'm taking proactive steps to become a better me/more me/embodied.

- We'll begin by helping you get acquainted with the here and now. - After orienting, we're going deeper into discovery. Who are you? Why are you here? What inspires you? What makes you you?
- This will be a process of not just self-discovery but also healing. What about you do you reject, hide, or not understand? What are the barriers within you that prevent you from knowing who you really are?
- Deepening in your understanding of who you are will naturally connect you to your soul, your spirit, the place within you that is beyond thought, ego, image.
- We'll also explore how your life is your teacher and learn how to work with what it mirrors back to you so you can keep evolving without feeling so triggered, confused or lost.

- Your feelings are your guide, but emotions can be chaotic and overwhelming to say the least. So how can you use them to guide you? That's my favorite thing to teach you!
- We will explore how to understand your feelings and work with them in a supportive and constructive way.
- We'll explore the difference between feelings and intuition and help you learn how to understand your own intuitive guidance.
- As you develop a better understanding of your emotions, how to work with them and how to let them guide you, you'll start feeling a sense of peace, synchronicity and knowing. This is what we'll build on to help you make the deeper connection with your inner knowing and soul presence.

- This is when we put it all together! You will build your own roadmap that will help you remember how to stay aligned with who you really are and follow your soul path.

What's included?
This course is a DEEP, in-depth program that ran live in April 2021 with a class of participants. Modules 1-4 are RICH with content and pre-recorded. Module 5 is NEW this year and will be recorded LIVE with the group (attendance is optional). After the live session, it will be available for replay inside the course platform. Once you enroll, you have unlimited access to all of the content indefinitely.
It includes:
- Over six hours of video content to watch at your own pace (there are no transcripts at this time)
- Meditations with each module
- Module outlines to follow along and take notes
- Detailed homework/personal practices
- A private Facebook group to interact, share and ask questions (Facebook login required for this feature)
- Optional, first come/first serve, virtual 1:1 integration sessions with Dr. Cailin at a special rate for RTYS students
How is the course delivered?
- The course officially opens on June 13th, 2022
- You will have immediate access at that time to Module 1 and the BONUS content.
- Every 7 days, the next module will open for you to access.
- After all modules are open, you have access to them indefinitely.
- Module 5 will be recorded live on Monday, June 27th at 5PM MT. After it is complete and edited, it will be uploaded to the course platform for you to watch/replay.
What do I need to access this course?
This course is offered through a website, so all you need is access to a device to access the internet and an internet connection! If you want to interact with the group through posts and get additional support, you need access to Facebook, but this feature is not required.
What if I don't have time to work through the course right now?
Once you enroll, you have unlimited access to the course materials indefinitely. You can pace yourself through it in a way that works for you. It will take you about 2-3 hours a week to work through the videos and homework. There is no guarantee this course will remain open or that the price will stay the same, so if you feel called, you may want to enroll sooner than later to receive access.
