But you know what doesn't work?
Worrying. Worry doesn’t work.
In fact, it takes us so far from what it is that we seek...
and yet we worry anyway.
After all, worry is so convincing.
It convinces you that you’re getting somewhere, to the bottom of things.
It feels like it’s productive- that if you just worry and analyzing enough, you’ll come to the conclusion.
It’s never worked for me once.
There is a better way.
There is a way to release worry for real and move in the direction of exactly what you want.
You can give up control and step into your true power.
