In the United States:
More than half of the population reports experiencing trauma
Around 1 in 5 women reports being raped
Every 73 seconds, someone is sexually assaulted
At least 1 in 7 children is abused

And these are just statistics. Think about how much goes unreported.
The effects of trauma don't go away because we deny it happened (or can't remember it).
They are loud and clear on all levels- mind, body, spirit.

My passion in working with people healing from past trauma comes from my own experience.
I know how scary, confusing, overwhelming and crazy-making it can feel.

BUT I also know how to navigate the massive disconnect trauma creates within us- and how to bridge that gap to experience true healing and a profound journey of coming back home home to ourselves.
