Trust Yourself: When it Feels Wrong, It IS Wrong

Do you find it hard to trust yourself?
Sometimes you can't tell if what you're feeling is a gut feeling, divine intuition, old triggers, projections...

And then you go and doubt yourself, question everything, overanalyze, search for answers...

Only to feel more confused, off, out of alignment.

I've got some guidance for you. ❤️

When it comes to listening to our intuition, sometimes we want to make it this mystical, hard to decipher kind of thing. But I believe it is quite clear if we learn how to listen and trust ourselves.

If something feels wrong for you, something about it IS wrong for you, right now, in for this moment.
The mess comes when we start to doubt ourselves, worry about what other people are thinking or feeling, and then complicating everything with that scattered energy.

Your priority always needs to be:
Is this right for *me*?
Only YOU know your answers. Only YOU know what's right.

For me, self-doubt pulls me out of my knowing and into the energy of OTHERS. This means that if I doubt myself, my intuition and my knowing, I open myself (as an empath) to be overwhelmed by the thoughts/feelings/logic of others.
As long we do that kind of thing, we can't stay in our own integrity and alignment.

I know it gets confusing trying to determine your intuitive, gut feelings from your triggers or your fears, trust me! But I've found my intuition hits RIGHT away- I just know. It's the noise I layer over it (i.e. self-doubt, overanalyzing) that obscures my personal truth.

And that's what I want to leave you with. There really isn't right or wrong... there is just our personal truth, what we PERSONALLY believe in, want, connect with, etc. The sooner you can stop making yourself wrong, the more you can reinforce your boundaries and clarity.

This is the hallmark of self-trust.

Take time to really FEEL how you feel. Connect with me if you need support around it.
Sometimes it's hard to hear ourselves under all the noise.

If we can let ourselves be really honest with ourselves and follow our inner guidance, we are free.
