Yes, let's talk about that.
I wrote this song back in 2016, recorded it in 2017, and just rediscovered it.
I wrote it around the election. Remember that? It was SUCH a triggering time for so many.
I found quotes from survivors and merged them with my own words to create it.
I'm sharing it with you today because this is one of the primary focuses of my practice/medicine.
I help survivors to integrate, heal, and feel whole again.
You can be *so* vulnerable, confused, afraid, disconnected when you're trying to heal from this
kind of thing- that makes it REALLY important to work with the right people.
How do you find them?
It's like you're lost to yourself- so how can anyone else find you?
I totally get it. That's why I'm here, that's why I'm posting this.
The haven for healing is here- I've created in Phoenix, AZ, and I'm creating here virtually for you.
Trauma lives in your body.
It hijacks your brain.
It crawls in your skin.
It burrows into your chakras.
It digs itself deep, hides.
It sends triggers like earthquake vibrations through your whole being.
It needs to be healed.
You get to be free.
